FAQs

SHIPPING:

- ORDERS MAY TAKE 3-10 DAYS TO SHIP AFTER A PURCHASE IS MADE. I normally ship every Wednesday and Friday. I am the only person who runs this business. I have a full time job, so shipping out orders right away may be difficult for me at times. If there is ever a long delay, I will personally reach out to you.

- I am now offering shipping outside of the U.S.! All purchases made outside of the U.S. are responsible for paying their shipping fee. I am not responsible once an item is shipped out.

- I am NOT responsible if you provide an insufficient address at checkout. It is your responsibility to input & double check to make sure it is correct before making your purchase.

- USPS may have shipping delays, especially during the holidays. At times, the tracking info will not update because they forget to scan the package. I am not responsible for your package once USPS has received & scanned it. 

- PLEASE order ahead of time if it is a gift, or leave a note at checkout if you would like it to be shipped out ASAP.

CARING FOR YOUR JEWELRY:

- Please be sure to remove your jewelry before coming into any contact with water (swimming, showering, etc.)

- Do not spray jewelry with perfume, cologne, hairspray, makeup sprays, or deodorant.

- HANDLE EACH ITEM WITH CARE!! Especially with the glass charms/beads, please try not to drop them as they might break. 

- Store jewelry in a box or organizer to preserve their quality.

- DO NOT let children or pets get into contact with the jewelry, some items are small and may be a choking hazard.

JEWELRY FINDINGS:

All jewelry is made with various metals such as stainless steel, silver plated, nickel free charms, chains, and earring hooks. I use acrylic charms, polymer clay, metal charms, glass beads, etc. ALWAYS read the description thoroughly before purchase.

REFUNDS/RETURNS POLICY:

I DO NOT issue ANY refunds if your item(s) get lost in the mail. If your item(s) show up damaged when you receive it, please email me (shopsweetestdisposition@gmail.com) or message me on Instagram (@sweetest_disposition) with a PICTURE of the item(s) and proof of purchase. I may be able to resend you the item(s).
